During my career I’ve recruited and mentored degree apprentices, reviewed countless CVs, and understand exactly what employers are looking for when they review applications. I’ve seen first-hand how competitive these opportunities can be... and what helps a student stand out.

I also know this process from the other side. Two of my daughters completed degree apprenticeships and graduated with first-class honours, so I’ve experienced the journey as both a parent and a recruiter.
