Hello, I'm Leanne...

I’m a Career Strategist with over 30 years of global corporate experience.

During my career I’ve recruited and mentored degree apprentices, reviewed countless CVs, and understand exactly what employers are looking for when they review applications. I’ve seen first-hand how competitive these opportunities can be... and what helps a student stand out.

I also know this process from the other side. Two of my daughters completed degree apprenticeships and graduated with first-class honours, so I’ve experienced the journey as both a parent and a recruiter.

This Sprint has been designed to help students take simple, practical action before applications open. Through 10 short daily tasks, you'll build the foundations that help you feel organised, prepared and more confident when it's time to apply.

My goal is simple: to help students explore their options, feel more confident and approach competitive degree apprenticeship applications properly prepared and ready to stand out.
